Alex and Isabelle: Mom can we invite a couple of my friends over and have a Christmas party?
Me : Sure that sounds like fun, but only a few friends.
Alex: But mom I have 17 best friends.
Mom - thinking - that should be ok, I'm sure not all of them can come.
Right? Ha.. ha.
Some 20 something kids later, because Isabelle has a billion friends too, I was hiding in the corner crying and swearing I would never do this again. It was fun, but a little crazy. Tis the season!! I guess. I am just grateful that my girls have such great friends.
This is what happens to kids on too much sugar.....just say no!!!
